
Customer Service Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring satisfaction through effective problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, and refunds accurately.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product or service issues, providing step-by-step guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Technical Support, etc.) to resolve complex customer issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate assistance.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy during customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed customer service KPIs (e.g., resolution time, customer satisfaction scores).
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in customer support or a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and patient in stressful situations.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and other customer support tools.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software, live chat, and other communication platforms is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in a [specific industry, e.g., retail, tech, healthcare, etc.].
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience with data entry and managing large volumes of customer data.
