As a customer service executive, you will be a part of the post-admission, academic team and play a pivotal role in engaging with our students and trainers, providing them with information about our courses and programs. Your excellent communication skills and passion for education will help connect learners with the opportunities our institute offers.

**Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to admitted students from the company database.
Answer inquiries about course details, online classes and other relevant information.
Handle and resolve grievances timely.
Finding and collaborating with the trainers and onboard them.
Achieve both individual and team's desired performance.
Provide feedback to management regarding customer concerns and trends.
Moderating the online classes, taking attendance, uploading the class recording
**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi. (Most Important)
Passionate and having genuine interest in helping students succeed.
Previous experience in EdTech is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Flexible with working on weekends (leave or money will be compensated)
Tec savvy with proficient knowledge about different learning platforms is an added advantage.
Someone who is a quick learner and is willing to take up new challenges and responsibilities
