Summary
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of customer service representatives and provide guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure that service level agreements are met
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues and work to resolve them in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
- Prepare and present reports on team performance and customer feedback to senior management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
