**Role Overview**

We’re looking for a **Client Experience & Operations Associate** who will be the voice of Pawclan. You’ll be the first point of contact for pet parents—answering calls, taking bookings, and keeping operations organized—while also helping us grow through smart outreach and customer follow-ups.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Answer incoming calls** from customers with warmth, clarity, and professionalism.
- **Take bookings** for grooming vans and ensure scheduling accuracy.
- **Maintain digital records** of bookings, customer details, and payments.
- **Make outbound calls** for marketing campaigns, follow-ups, and customer feedback.
- **Coordinate with the grooming team** to ensure timely service delivery.
- **Assist in basic office tasks**, such as maintaining reports and updating spreadsheets.
- **Support marketing initiatives** like society activations, loyalty programs, and customer reminders.

- Comfort with using phone, WhatsApp Business, and basic computer tools (Excel/Sheets).
