Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced
Client Experience Executive
to manage client interactions, conduct product demos, and ensure seamless onboarding and after-sales support.

To excel in this role, you should have strong
communication, problem-solving, and client servicing skills
while being able to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct product demos for clients as scheduled by the sales team.
  • Provide structured demo feedback using designated Google Sheets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent after-sales service.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Communicate with clients via calls, emails, and Google Meet to resolve concerns.
  • Address objections regarding company products and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of current and prospective clients.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries.
  • Train and mentor junior client service employees to maintain service standards.
  • Organize client training sessions/webinars to maximize product adoption.
  • Ensure accurate entry of sales terms in the database to avoid billing errors.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in
    client servicing / customer success / account management
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
    .
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A
    client-first attitude
    with exceptional customer service skills.
