Inside Sales Executive

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Keeping up with in-depth product and service information and updates. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. Staying informed about competing products and services.
- Maintaining long-lasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after-sales service.
- Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
- Processing customers' purchase orders and ensure the timely delivery of ordered products.
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Setting up face-to-face meetings between potential customers and Outside Sales Representatives.
- Focus on customer acquisition. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads.
- Responsible for handling customer inquiries promptly and effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Coordinating the marketing team and provide team support as required.
- Back office support including quotation preparation, daily attendance updation,daily work sheet and report collection of field executives, conducting regular meetings, preparing agendas and MOM etc.
- Lead generating and sales target achievement as per company policy.
Must have bachelor degree with minimum 3years of work experience.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
