Job Description:
As an Online Reputation Builder, your primary responsibility is to manage and enhance the online image and reputation of individuals, businesses, or brands. You will play a critical role in ensuring a positive online presence and managing any negative information that may impact the reputation of your clients. This role requires a combination of marketing, public relations, and digital skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Online Reputation Monitoring: Monitor online mentions, reviews, and comments related to the client's or company's brand, products, or services.
Track social media, review platforms, news articles, and other relevant sources to stay updated on the online sentiment.

Reputation Analysis: Analyze the data gathered to assess the current reputation and identify areas that need improvement.
Create reports and provide insights into reputation trends and key performance indicators.

Content Management: Develop and implement strategies to create positive and engaging content that enhances the client's online presence.
Publish and promote content through various online channels, such as social media, blogs, and websites.

Crisis Management: Act quickly to address any negative online content or reviews that may harm the client's reputation.
Develop crisis management plans to mitigate the impact of adverse publicity.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize online content to ensure it ranks well in search engine results, thereby pushing down negative content.
Implement SEO best practices to enhance the online visibility of positive content.

Online Review Management: Encourage and facilitate the gathering of positive reviews from satisfied customers.
Address and resolve customer complaints and negative reviews in a professional and timely manner.

Social Media Management: Manage social media profiles and engage with the audience to build a positive online community.
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.

Brand Building: Develop and maintain a consistent and appealing brand image across all online platforms.
Implement branding strategies that align with the client's or company's goals.

Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and analysis of the online reputation management efforts, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in online reputation management, digital marketing, or public relations.
- Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, online marketing, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Crisis management skills and the ability to handle negative situations with professionalism.
- Analytical skills to assess and interpret online reputation data.
- Familiarity with online reputation management tools and software.

Pay: ₹12,407.02 - ₹39,901.68 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
