**The Role**: Program Coordinator - CI Early Careers Team

**The Team**: The Program Coordinator will join a collaborative global team working to support our colleagues during the early years of their careers at S&P Commodity Insights.

**The Impact**: You are a highly organized person, who will play a key role in the Early Careers Team with responsibility for all administrative and logistics related to recruitment, training, assessment, development, placement, and diary management.

**Responsibilities**:

- This is a key administration position, you will work closely with the Early Careers Management Team supporting them with the hiring process, onboarding, day to day activities and dairy management.
- Coordinate and assist in managing all onboarding activities, including HR, Travel booking & IT.
- Process any system data changes and workflow for life cycle events such as promotions and transfers, liaising with HR Operations & HR Connections where needed to ensure correct processing
- Assist in any program rollouts (i.e. onboarding events, performance review process, salary planning, new early careers programs, etc.)
- Work closely with the Resourcing Team and HR Shared Services team to support new joiners and onboarding process globally.
- Liaise with the business support team and other stakeholders with provisioning of IT equipment for new joiners globally.
- Organize team meetings and diaries where appropriate. This includes booking meeting rooms, supporting travel arrangement, producing meeting minutes etc.
- Ad hoc activities to support business needs.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Diary Management -experience in managing multiple diaries.
- Project Management -previous experience in project support and in coordinating multiple projects at one time.
- Proven ability to perform well in a busy environment, and able to prioritize.
- To have and use initiative
- Effective forward planner and key communicator, to ensure any issues are highlighted in advance and affected teams are informed.
- Pro-active team player who is methodical, accurate and organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience with WORKDAY an advantage.
- Flexibility, patience, perseverance, and commitment to get the job done.
- Proven ability to work with confidential materials and issues.
- Always display a helpful attitude whilst managing diaries carefully and sensitively.

**Shift Timings**: - EMEA/UK Shift hours (2PM-11PM IST) with some flexibility.
