**JJOB DESCRIPTION**

**JOB TITLE Program Coordinator**

**Roles and Responsibilities -**
- Handling Programs Team and assigning them day to day tasks so that organization goals and objectives are fulfilled.
- Responsible for day-to-day activity reporting along with maintaining CSR Management.
- Ensure implementation of the Program activities on site in coherence with the budget.
- Creation of IEC material as and when needed during the Program implementation stages.
- Creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the projects.
- Campaign creation across fundraising platforms like Give India, Donate kart, etc.
- Ensure fundraising alongside with Program responsibilities.
- Overlook and ensure program implementation on site as well as off site.
- Develop and monitor project work plans and budgets in collaboration with project leads and Operations and Finance Team colleagues.
- Ensure/Overlook capital procurement for the ongoing programs.
- Draft proposals as per organizational capacities and simultaneously look for grants to apply.
- Keep social media up to date (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn.)
- Overlook MIS and ensure its error free for smooth functioning of the organization.
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative analysis for annual reports of major corporate projects.
- Ensure a pictorial database for the organization.
- Look for potential donors for the organization.
- Visit on site old age homes in Delhi and Garhmukhteshwar as and when required.

**What are we looking for**
- Someone who is willing to detail oriented and is passionate towards social sector.
- At least 3 years of experience in the social sector in coherence with the responsibilities mentioned above.

**Must Have Skills**
- A Graduate/Master MSW/development studies/similar courses.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organizational skills, including an ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Ability to meet corporate deadlines

**Probation Period**:Three months

**Salary Compensation -**

Monetary compensation up to Rs. (25,000 - 30,000) per month (Non-negotiable)
