The Project Coordinator for the Vocational training & Educational learning Center plays a pivotal role in overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of our program. The individual in this position will be responsible for coordinating and executing initiatives that help individuals gain the skills and knowledge needed for self-sufficiency, employment, and personal growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Implementation**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center.
- Manage program schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Monitor progress, evaluate outcomes, and adapt programs as necessary to ensure their success.

**Stakeholder Engagement**:

- Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations, local communities, and government agencies to enhance program effectiveness.
- Collaborate with volunteers and staff to ensure the smooth functioning of the center.

**Training and Education**:

- Ensure quality training and education delivery.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and methods and make improvements as needed.

**Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reports on program activities and outcomes.
- Knowledge of Proposal writing.
- Maintain records of participant progress and success stories.
- Assist in grant writing and fundraising efforts by providing data and documentation as needed.

**Monitoring and Evaluation**:

- Establish and implement program evaluation criteria and metrics.
- Collect and analyze data to measure program impact and make data-driven decisions.
- Continuously improve programs based on feedback and results.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in education, social work, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven experience in project coordination, particularly in the field of education and vocational training, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work with diverse populations and cultures.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the educational and vocational training sector.

Pay: ₹33,000.00 - ₹36,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
