**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities:Project Coordination & Planning**:

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Prepare project documentation, including work schedules, material procurement lists, and progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.

**Site Supervision & Execution**:

- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to approved designs.
- Monitor work progress, resolve site issues, and coordinate problem-solving with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Manage and supervise labor, subcontractors, and suppliers for timely and efficient execution.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project requirements.

**Vendor & Material Management**:

- Coordinate procurement of materials and track inventory levels to prevent shortages.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
- Verify material quality and ensure specifications are met as per project requirements.

**Reporting & Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, work progress logs, and inspection reports.
- Document and report site issues, deviations, and necessary change orders to project managers.
- Prepare and submit project status updates to management.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out, civil works, or construction project supervision.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with safety standards, labor management, and quality control procedures.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in high-end residential or commercial interior projects.
- Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) coordination.
- Understanding of contract management and BOQ (Bill of Quantities).
