**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Planning and Execution**: Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- **Task Coordination**: Assign and track tasks, ensuring that team members adhere to project timelines and deliverables.
- **Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, ensuring consistent and clear communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of project plans, timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- **Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and challenges, proposing solutions to mitigate them effectively.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to align project goals and expectations.
- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor the progress of tasks and ensure the final output meets the required quality standards.
- **Resource Management**: Assist in the allocation and management of project resources to ensure optimal efficiency.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana, Jira).
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
