**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain partnerships with universities, disability organizations, and employers to identify employment opportunities and enhance program effectiveness.
- Coordinate training programs, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.
- Identify, recruit, and evaluate trainers with expertise in disability-inclusive education and employment.
- Assist in developing training materials and resources to support the learning needs of participants.
- Engage with students, providing guidance and support throughout the shortlisting and placement process.
- Research and identify job opportunities in the market, including potential partnerships with multinational companies and other organizations.
- Conduct outreach activities to raise awareness about EmployAbility CoE and its initiatives among employers and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, track data, and generate reports to evaluate program outcomes and placement success rates.
- Stay updated on best practices, policies, and regulations related to disability inclusion, accessible education, and employment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Social Sciences, or a related discipline).
- Proven experience in project coordination or similar roles, preferably in the field of disability inclusion or employment placement.
- Familiarity with the challenges faced by individuals with disabilities in accessing education and employment opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain effective partnerships with universities and employers.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as MS Office or Google Suite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
