**Role Summary**
We are seeking a driven and dynamic **Sales Executive** to join our team in Noida. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our customer base, building relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and end clients, and helping them discover the transformative potential of INFIWIN systems.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify new business opportunities by reaching out to architects, interior designers, builders, and property owners.
- Present and promote our window, door, and glass wall systems through product demonstrations, meetings, and technical consultations.
- Maintain strong client relationships by offering exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the production, design, and installation teams to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and client communications in the CRM.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events to promote the brand.
- Contribute to market intelligence and feedback to improve product offerings and customer experience.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience in the **interior design**, **architectural**, **construction**, or **building materials** sector.
- Knowledge of window, door, or glass wall systems is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a client-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in **Business Administration**, **Marketing**, or a related field.
