Job purpose: We are looking for an Executive Assistant who brings in a minimum of 6 years of relevant expertise with Pleasing Personality and Good Communication skills, Secretarial support to the MD.

**Job Description**:

- Preparing Daily Calendar for MD.
- Preparing Agenda #Carry out all the tasks allotted by the MD like reading, drafting letters, collecting & analyzing information, initiating communication.
- Report directly to MD and act as a point of contact for all the internal as well as the external contacts.
- To work closely with the MD and Senior Leadership Team through regular correspondence, arrange meetings and prepare briefing materials for the MD.
- To provide administrative support in the delivery of assignments and initiatives on behalf of the MDs office as and when required like follow-up and completion of departmental work plans.
- To ensure all correspondence and relevant materials are produced in a timely and accurate manner.
- To coordinate departmental reports and documentation for the Board meetings.
- To coordinate, attend and take minutes for the MDs meetings and any other relevant meetings.
- To follow up on action points from meetings on behalf of the MD.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the MD's ability to effectively lead the company.
- Internal and external communication related to MD's office.
- Always maintain confidentially and privacy in respect of these and any other communications which are necessary and appropriate for the discharge of the role and responsibilities. Fazlani Group of Companies

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners.
- Excellent writing, editing, grammatical, organizational, and research skills.
- Excellent management, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent administration and secretarial skills.
- Proficiency in Windows, including MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
