Executes the secretarial and administrative tasks and provides the required support of the MD, for the efficient and organised execution of his role.
- Handles the MD’s schedule by coordinating meetings, travel arrangements as may be required, calendar management, and ensuring that outstanding issues are addressed timely and efficiently.
- Arranges the booking of venues, circulation of meeting materials and expenses claims.
- Assisting in the office management, developing, implementing and reviewing administrative support systems and procedures.
- Safeguard at all times the confidentially of all documentations and information whether being handled, provided for or given access to.
- Prepares and participates in important meetings as requested and keeps the required minutes.
- Efficiently, carrying out and coordinating day-to-day tasks
- Collates data and prepares for the first draft of the MD reports, presentations and any other documentation as may be requested for the MD’s review.

**Education and Qualifications**:
▪ Diploma or Degree in Business Admin or Higher Diploma in Secretarial shipping

**Work Experience**:
▪ 6-8 years in a relevant position within a well-established large organisation

**Job-Specific Skills**:
▪ Fluent in English both written and spoken

▪ Excellent in MS Office

▪ Excellent management skills

▪ Very good organisational skills

▪ Able to work under stress and independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 5 years (preferred)
- Personal assistant: 5 years (preferred)
