**Responsibilities & Key Deliverables**
- As the Group Secretarial Secretary, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Group Company Secretary and ensuring the seamless execution of secretarial and organizational tasks. This position requires professionalism, confidentiality, and a strong understanding of corporate governance practices.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Manage the Group Company Secretary's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain organized filing systems and databases related to corporate governance and compliance.
- **Meeting Coordination**:
- Arrange and schedule board meetings, committee meetings, and shareholder events.
- Coordinate meeting logistics, including booking venues, arranging catering, and ensuring all necessary resources are available.
- **Compliance & Confidentiality**:
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:
- Liaise with other departments and teams to facilitate effective communication and cooperation.
- Act as a point of contact between the Group Company Secretary and other executives, ensuring smooth information flow.
- **Special Projects**:
- Participate in projects related to corporate governance, compliance initiatives, and organizational improvement.
**Experience**
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in secretarial or administrative roles, preferably in Secretarial or Legal departments.
**Industry Preferred**
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree of any stream and experience in a secretary role.
- Industry knowledge and familiarity with compliance tools like SAP or MS Office are essential
**General Requirements**

- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to remain poised under pressure.

**General Requirements**:
