The position reports to Manager (Mktg) and the role holder will have significant relations with the plant leadership team.

The role involves the Sale s & Marketing, Quality / Production techniques related to Industrial Paint Industry.

KEY ACCOUNTIBILITIES Sales & Marketing

1. Fixing of appointments, meet the clients and show demonstration of the product and achieve results.
2. Developed Sales and Marketing strategies and plans that add value to the achievement of the company goals.
3. Prepare action plan for affective search of sale leads and prospects.
4. Build relationship with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
5. Knowledge and experience in sale promotion activities.
6. Should be self sufficient to identify / create leads and for for closing deals.
7. Responsible for developing sales through new clients as well as existing clients.
8. To gather market information about the competitors and provide to the Management.

Process & Quality Control

2. Should have Knowledge of Process & Quality Control measures in a Paint Industry.
DESIRABLE COMPETENCY

1. Having worked in Industrial paint producing organization.
