Vendor Management & Procurement** Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for fabrication, erection, and material supply. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers and subcontractors. Ensure vendors comply with project timelines, quality standards, and safety regulations. **2. Project Execution & Coordination** Oversee vendor activities for the fabrication, delivery, and erection of PEB structures. Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors for seamless execution. Monitor vendor performance and resolve issues related to delays, quality, and compliance. **3. Supply Chain & Logistics** Ensure timely delivery of raw materials, structural components, and equipment to project sites. Work with logistics teams to track shipments and optimize material flow. Address supply chain disruptions and implement contingency plans. **4. Quality Control & Compliance** Conduct vendor audits, inspections, and performance evaluations. Ensure adherence to ISO standards, safety protocols, and client specifications. Manage vendor-related non-conformance reports (NCRs) and corrective actions. **5. Cost & Budget Management** Analyze vendor costs and negotiate cost-effective solutions. Optimize procurement strategies to achieve cost savings. Maintain budgets and track expenses for vendor-related activities. **6. Stakeholder & Client Coordination** Act as a liaison between vendors, project managers, and client representatives. Provide regular reports on vendor performance and project status. Ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders. Experience in large-scale industrial, warehouse, or infrastructure projects.
