**Sales Expertise**: - Strong understanding of sales processes and techniques. - Ability to identify customer needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly. - Experience in B2B sales, particularly with schools and educational institutions.
**Communication Skills**: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to present products clearly and persuasively. - Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and stakeholders.
**Customer Service**: - Ability to provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction. - Proficiency in handling objections and closing sales.
**Product Knowledge**: - In-depth understanding of the publishing company's products, including textbooks, digital content, and supplementary resources. - Ability to explain product features and benefits to clients.
**Negotiation Skills**: - Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals and contracts. - Ability to balance customer needs with company objectives.
