**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities with corporates in Hyderabad and beyond.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CHROs, HR Heads, and Learning & Development stakeholders.
- Engage in consultative/solution selling to understand client pain points and recommend relevant leadership/behavioural training solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and pipelines to achieve revenue targets.
- Create compelling proposals, pitch decks and business cases tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams (trainers, delivery, marketing) to ensure client success.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and emerging client needs to refine strategies.
- Consistently update CRM with leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
**Key Requirements**
- **5 years** of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in corporate training, HR solutions, SaaS, or professional services.
- Strong **communication, presentation and negotiation skills**.
- Demonstrated ability to engage senior leadership (CHRO/HR Heads/L&D).
- **Sales acumen** with a track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets.
- Willingness to **learn, adapt, and continuously upgrade knowledge** in the learning & development domain.
- Ability to design and implement effective go-to-market and client engagement strategies.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
**Preferred (Good to Have)**
- Experience in **consultative or solution-based sales** in corporate training/HR tech.
- Existing network/contacts with HR & L&D professionals in medium and large enterprises.
- Knowledge of leadership development, behavioural training or organizational learning.
