**Microsoft Dynamics 365 Senior Project Manager**

**Work Responsibilities**:

- Manage Projects and related threads independently from Sales, Scoping till closure
- Manage project coordinators across threads and collaborate with cross-competency teams
- Draft project scope, risks, goals and deliverables
- Develop, maintain and update project plans, sub-plans, statement of works, project contracts, project charter, sprints, budgets, financial performance reports, burn charts, effort sheets, staffing sheets, change requests, risk & issues register and related presentations for stakeholders
- Draft status reports, steering committee presentations and project related presentations
- Schedule work to be done, deliverables and activity trackers and follow-up to ensure completion of tasks within the project schedule
- Guide the project through daily communications, daily stand-up, sprint calls and daily activity trackers
- Conduct weekly, monthly and other related status meetings and send weekly status updates as per project charter
- Act as trusted advisor; together with the solution architect you give advice and recommendations on how to best use Dynamics 365 for CRM and ERP. In the meantime, you ensure that the expectations of the customer and internal stakeholders match the objectives of the project.
- Internal Reporting on the Projects portfolio
- Must have experience in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central.
- Experience of Microsoft SureSteps, Success by Design, AGILE or Waterfall Project Management or other similar methodology
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in IT or Computer Science or Business and 4-5 years’ experience
- Must have customer facing experience either in consulting or project management
- Project Management certification will be a plus
- Up-to-date understanding of business processes, issues, and technology especially related to the sales & marketing, customer and field service and operations of accounting & finance, supply chain, manufacturing, retail and projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Feels comfortable talking with clients at all levels within an organization.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio
- Can work on Microsoft DevOps, JIRA and other task, resource and project management tools

**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,751.92 per month
