Young, dynamic ready to join immediately, available to work from office.

Need IT technician with previous work history in cloud and Microsoft 365 support. Will be able to present demo and then deploy the said software. Should have 1-3 years in experience. Living in Nagpur or ready to relocate

**Skills**:

- Need to be able to travel and conduct AMC when required
- Will be able to give Demo to customer and then implement when required.
- Exposure to Cloud Management Platforms. (Microsoft Azure)
- OS installation knowledge
- Citix, Acronis knowledge will be added advantage.
- Experience with operation and administration of Windows Server and Desktop Environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot Complex software and hardware issues at the customer’s premises to deliver onsite support
