**Experience Required**: 2+ years in Salesforce Training or Administration

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and deliver end-to-end Salesforce training programs (Admin, Developer, Lightning, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.)
- Create comprehensive training materials, hands-on exercises, and assessments.
- Conduct classroom, online, or corporate training sessions.
- Assess trainee progress and provide feedback or support when needed.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce features and updates.
- Customize training content as per learner profiles and corporate needs.
- Prepare trainees for Salesforce certification exams.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Admin/Developer roles).
- Proven experience in delivering Salesforce training.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, App Builder, Platform Developer) preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex topics for learners of all levels.
- Familiarity with online training tools (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS platforms).

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
- Prior experience training both individuals and corporate teams.
- Strong problem-solving and mentoring abilities.

**Salary**: Competitive, based on experience.
**Schedule**: Flexible / Weekend batches may be required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
