**Job Summary**:
As a Salesforce Trainer, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and delivering training programs to employees or clients on how to use Salesforce effectively. You will work closely with the IT and sales teams to understand system requirements and ensure that users can operate Salesforce tools proficiently to enhance business performance and productivity.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Training Development & Delivery**:
- Design, develop, and deliver training materials, including guides, user manuals, video tutorials, and presentations.
- Conduct individual and group training sessions for employees, clients, and stakeholders.
- Deliver hands-on training on Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.), including reports, dashboards, automation, and integrations.
- Customize training based on user roles, skill levels, and business needs.
- **Support & Troubleshooting**:
- Provide post-training support and answer user queries related to Salesforce functionalities.
- Offer troubleshooting assistance during training sessions and help resolve any user challenges.
- **Salesforce Platform Expertise**:
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features, updates, and best practices to ensure training content is relevant and accurate.
- Ensure that training is aligned with Salesforce best practices and the company’s specific use cases.
- **Assessment & Feedback**:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training through surveys, tests, and feedback.
- Modify training programs as needed to improve user comprehension and engagement.
- **Collaboration & Communication**:
- Collaborate with IT teams, Salesforce administrators, and other departments to understand Salesforce configuration, customization, and functionality.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
- **Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- **Proven experience as a Salesforce Trainer or a similar role (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Consultant).**
- Experience with Salesforce configurations, customizations, and best practices is a plus.
- Certifications:
- **Salesforce Administrator Certification (Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent).**:
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are highly desirable.
- Technical Skills:
- **Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and integrations.**:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts and the business impact of using Salesforce.
- Training & Communication Skills:
- **Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.**:
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Experience in developing training materials and using learning management systems (LMS).
- Problem Solving & Analytical Skills:
- **Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during training sessions.**:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience with training users from various departments (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service).
- Knowledge of other CRM systems and cloud-based tools.
- Previous experience in a business analyst or Salesforce consultant role.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Teaching: 4 years (preferred)
