**Roles Responsibilities**

**- Oversee team responsible for daily, and monthly sales audit activities in a timely manner and in full compliance with policies and procedures**

**- Ensure adherence to policies, internal control/audit requirements, and service standards**

**- Achieve daily processing targets**

**- Analyse and research all discrepancies/exceptions in the process**

**- Consistently monitor key performance parameters of the process and identify and implement new ways to improve the quality of work.**

**- Provide reporting daily, weekly, monthly, and on-demand to the top management.**

**- Observing sales representatives demonstrating products to customers to determine whether they are demonstrating features and benefits effectively**

**- Examining customer records to identify potential sales leads and opportunities for increased business**

**- Reviewing data from previous audits to identify recurring problems and determine best practices to prevent them in future**

**- Experience working on Salesforce and also preferably experience of working in the EdTech industry.**

**- Ensure project execution is flawless and keep a close eye on every project being serviced.**

**- Empanel new trainers based on their expertise and passion for freelance training.**

**Skills Expertise**

**- An impeccable command over written and spoken English.**

**- Must possess the ability to converse, handle and operate with internal and external stakeholders, trainers, clients and vendors.**

**- Attention to detail, research and analysis oriented.**

**- Ability to train and upskill senior trainers and display industry based expertise.**

**- Must possess computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint).**

**It will be permanent work from office**

**Location : Vashi, Navi Mumbai**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹9,669.79 - ₹50,000.00 per month
