**Position Title: Sales Trainer Reports to: Director Company: Digital Regenesys**

**Position Overview**:
About the role - We’re seeking a qualified Sales Trainer. The trainer is responsible for ensuring that employees receive requisite training to prepare them for their role. To be successful as a trainer you must be observant and have excellent analytical skills. A good trainer is able to use alternative teaching methods to cater to various individuals.
- Work with multiple stakeholders, clients and vendors to coordinate, execute and oversee project management related deliverables.
- Experience working on Salesforce and also preferably working on up skilling courses like - Data science, ML, AI etc.
- Liaise between internal team to ensure the smooth functioning of scheduled projects and deliverables.
- Ensure project execution is flawless and keep a close eye on every project being serviced.
- Empanel new trainers based on their expertise and passion for freelance training.

**Skills Expertise**:

- An impeccable command over written and spoken English.
- Must possess the ability to converse, handle and operate with internal and external stakeholders, trainers, clients and vendors.
- Attention to detail, research and analysis oriented.
- Ability to train and upskill senior trainers and display industry based expertise.
- Must possess computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel PowerPoint).

Age: Below 35 years Experience: 4-7 years

Budget: 5-7 LPA max
