**Position Overview**:
We are looking for dynamic **Project Engineers/Lead** across Civil, Electrical, and Erection fields to oversee site-based project execution in our wind and solar energy divisions. This role will be instrumental in ensuring high-quality, on-time, and safe project completions across multiple locations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Project Planning & Execution**: Lead field activities, manage project schedules, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion.
- ** Technical Oversight**: Monitor and support installation and commissioning activities, including cable laying, equipment erection, HT/LT electrical systems, and structural setups.
- ** Quality & Safety Compliance**: Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement safety protocols at each project stage.
- ** Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination**: Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project progression.
- ** Reporting**: Prepare progress reports and present project milestones to management.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Education**: B.Tech/Diploma in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering.
- ** Experience**: 5+ years for Engineers, 8+ years for Lead positions; experience in renewable energy (wind/solar) preferred.
- ** Skills**: Strong project management abilities, knowledge of industry standards, and familiarity with safety regulations.

**Locations**: Site-based roles across regions in Gujarat, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, and other project locations.

**Qualifications**:
Under Graduate

**Minimum Experience Level**:
7-13 Years
