**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is progressing as per design and schedule
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house teams for timely execution
- Maintain quality checks at every stage of civil, electrical, carpentry, paint, and finishing work
- Manage site resources and ensure safety and cleanliness protocols
- Track material deliveries and maintain inventory records
- Resolve on-site issues in real-time and escalate concerns when needed
- Report daily progress to project managers/designers and ensure client updates as required
- Verify measurements, ensure correct installation, and flag discrepancies early

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in supervising residential or commercial interior projects
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and BOQs
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp coordination, and site reporting tools
- Willingness to travel within the city across project locations
- Diploma or certification in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
