**ROLE TITLE: General Manager - Strategy**

**REPORTS TO**:

- MD/CEO**LOCATION**: HO, Mumbai- DIRECT REPORTEES- 2**OBJECTIVE**:We are seeking an accomplished and strategic-minded General Manager (GM) Strategy to lead our company in refining and effectively implementing our organizational strategy. The GM Strategy will be responsible for monitoring and achieving strategic annual goals across the company, its subsidiaries, and joint-ventures. Additionally, the individual will drive innovation culture and spearhead special projects, all while ensuring the organization remains aligned with its purpose.

**Key Objectives**:

- **Refine and Implement Company Strategy**: Lead efforts to refine and implement CEAT's overarching strategy, ensuring alignment with market dynamics, customer needs, and stakeholder expectations. Drive initiatives to enhance market positioning, expand product offerings, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- **Achieve Strategic Annual Goals**: Monitor and achieve strategic annual goals of the company, its subsidiaries, and joint ventures. Develop actionable plans to achieve key performance indicators, track progress against targets, and adapt strategies as necessary to ensure success. Identify and pursue M&A opportunities that complement CEAT's strategic objectives.
- **Foster Innovation Culture**: Cultivate an innovation culture across the organization by championing creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Lead initiatives to harness the collective intelligence of employees, encourage experimentation, and accelerate the pace of innovation. Foster cross-functional collaboration to drive new product development and process improvements.
- **Spearhead Special Projects**: Lead special projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, market competitiveness, and customer satisfaction. Identify areas for improvement, conduct thorough analysis, and implement solutions that drive tangible results. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute projects effectively and efficiently.
- **Ensure Alignment with Purpose and Values**: Ensure alignment with CEAT's purpose and values, fostering a sense of purpose and engagement among employees, stakeholders, and partners. Lead by example, embodying CEAT's core values of integrity, excellence, and customer focus. Promote a culture of transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct throughout the organization.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Proven track record of at least 10-12 years in strategic planning, implementation, and leadership roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated experience in driving innovation, change management, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
