**Biitcode is urgently hiring for Sales Executive Freshers**

**Job Title: Sales Executive (Fresher)**

**Location: Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad**

**Industry: Outside Lights Sales**

**Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree, Diploma in Electronics or related field**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and market trends.
- Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling our outside lights products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Diploma or certification in Electronics or a related discipline is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Must be located in Pune, Mumbai, or Ahmedabad.
