
Flavor Operator

Select, measure, or weigh ingredients, using English or metric measures
- Set up, operate, and tend to equipment that mixes, blends, or processes ingredients according to formulas or recipes
- Follow recipes to produce products of specified flavor, clarity, and color
- Clean and sanitize pumps, tanks, hoses, utensils, and factory processing areas
- Operates transfer pumps, valves, filters, and associated piping systems
- Observe and listen to equipment to detect malfunctions, such as leaks or plugging, and report malfunctions or undesirable tastes to supervisors
- Must be able to document batch data with accuracy and legibility and ensure documentation is complete and fully in SQF compliance at blending/processing areas
- Ensure personal safety, food safety, and quality protocols are followed, especially with a focus on adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) protocols, and Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs).
- Utilizes all food safety and food security guidelines, including Safe Quality Foods (SQF), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
- Consistently meet production needs and goals while making efforts to minimize product shrink and downtime
- Other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager and other members of management.
- Work in coolers and freezers storing and removing conditioned ingredients.
- Safely operate machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and drum dollies to transport raw and finished products
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
