**Chef de Partie - Grill Section**

**Salary**: ₹45,000/month
**Experience**: 3-5 years
**Note**: This is a **live-out position**, and **transportation is the responsibility of the employee**, included within the salary package.

**Responsibilities**:

- Handle all grilling operations, ensuring perfect texture and flavor.
- Prepare and season meats, seafood, and vegetables for grilling.
- Innovate and develop new grilled dishes for the menu.
- Maintain and operate grill equipment efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in grilling techniques and equipment.
- Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
