Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, maintain quality control for food and service, and handle administrative tasks. The role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory, implementing health and safety regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and food quality regulations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus
