**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a proactive and motivated **Founder's Office Intern** to support high-priority projects directly under the founder’s guidance. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure to **strategic business operations**, work on short-term (**1-4 weeks) projects**, and contribute to the growth of the organisation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Work closely with the Founder** on key business projects and initiatives.
- **Manage short term projects**, including new initiatives, market research, business analysis, and process optimization.
- Assist in preparing stakeholder **presentations, reports**.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, finance) to implement solutions.
- **Question the founder.**Ask tough questions (and naive ones) on any and every decision.

**Qualifications**:

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in **Commerce, Business Administration**, or related field.
- Excellent **communication skills**, both written and verbal.
- Strong **analytical** abilities with attention to detail.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office** (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Workspace.
- Interest in working in a **startup environment** and supporting business growth.
- You must be in Surat.

**What We Offer**:

- This is a paid opportunity. INR 25K per month. Full time, in-office.

- Is this a Chief-of-staff role? No. We are looking for younger and in-experienced people.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
