About RawRX

We are building India's new medicine cabinet – without medicine. Our daily-use natural care products cater to sleep, stress, skin, hair, pain, and gut health.

Born from real struggles with burnout, sleepless nights, and stress – we exist to make health feel like care, not treatment.

The Founder's Office is where ideas turn into action.

As an intern in the Founder's Office, you'll work directly with the founder on high-impact projects across strategy, marketing, growth, and operations.

This internship is not routine – it's an entrepreneurial apprenticeship where you'll experience the challenges and thrill of building a zero-to-one consumer brand.

You'll switch hats often – researcher, operator, problem-solver, storyteller – depending on what the day demands.

Our goal is to provide a front-row seat to how a founder builds a consumer brand from scratch.

  • Support the founder in strategy, marketing, growth, operations, partnerships, and fundraising.
  • Research markets, competitors, and consumer trends to guide RawRX's direction.
  • Assist in preparing business decks, reports, and investor material.
  • Coordinate with teams to track progress and drive execution.
  • Spot bottlenecks early and propose smart solutions.

What We're Looking for in a Candidate:

  • Based in Delhi NCR (Gurugram office) and ready to work in person.
  • A current student or recent graduate eager to learn by doing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication – clear, sharp, and confident.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset: curious, proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in uncertainty.
