**About the Role**:
We are hiring a **Content Creator - Intern** to work directly with the Founder on content strategy, storytelling, and community engagement. This internship will give you hands-on experience in building a personal brand and creating engaging content across **Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create short-form and long-form content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube).
- Write captions, hooks, and repurpose podcasts/videos.
- Support content calendar management.
- Research trends and brainstorm new ideas.
- Collaborate with editors and designers.
- Drive community engagement through comments and conversations.

**Performance Expectations (KPA/KRA)**
- LinkedIn: 25 comments per week
- Instagram (D Vivid Consultant): 25 comments per week
- Instagram (Abroadgnanguru): 25 comments per week
- YouTube: 10-15 comments per week
- Facebook: 10-15 comments per week
- 2-3 new content ideas weekly

**Requirements**:

- Passion for social media and content creation.
- Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok trends.
- Basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, Canva, VN).
- Strong writing skills for captions and scripts.
- Interest in education, entrepreneurship, and personal growth.

**Stipend & Benefits**
