A **Founder's Office Associate** who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working closely with leadership to drive strategic initiatives, manage high-priority projects, and streamline operations. If you're highly organized, adaptable, and eager to take on diverse challenges, we want you

**What will you do? (be awesome)**
- **Strategic Initiatives**: Work directly with founders to execute business strategies and key projects.
- **Cross-functional Coordination**: Collaborate across departments to improve processes and efficiency.
- **Market & Competitor Analysis**: Research trends and provide insights for business growth.
- **Operations & Execution**: Oversee critical tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- **Client & Stakeholder Engagement**: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and communications.

**What will you bring? (pure awesomeness)**
- **2+ years experience** in business strategy, operations, consulting, or a related field.
- **Strong analytical & problem-solving skills** with a structured approach to execution.
- **Excellent communication**& stakeholder management abilities.
- **Adaptability & initiative** to thrive in an evolving startup environment.
- Proficiency in Sheets, Docs, Slides, and data analysis tools.
