You’ll be in the eye of the storm—where strategy, execution, and chaos meet. This role is for someone who wants to learn how to run, scale, and battle-test a fast-growing startup from the inside out.What You’ll Do- Own the Founder’s World: Manage calendars, coordinate with stakeholders, handle all communications (including investors, CAs, CS, legal teams), and make sure nothing slips through. - Execution Engine: Turn strategies into reality. Monitor projects, remove roadblocks, and keep timelines and budgets tight. - Investor & Compliance Muscle: Handle investor communication, coordinate with legal, CA, and CS teams, and make sure funding rounds and compliance never stall. - Data & Decisions: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly insights so decisions are sharp and fast. - No 9-to-5: This is 24/7 when needed—because real change doesn’t punch a clock.What We’re Looking For- Your degree doesn’t matter.
