Our next growth challenge is not just selling a single book, but turning every buyer into a repeat customer across our series. We’re looking for a CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design customer journeys that connect our interrelated books and drive long-term value.

**Responsibilities**

1. Customer Data & Lead Capture

- Segment audiences by test prep (SAT, ACT, GRE) and management series interests.

2. Lifecycle Campaigns & Upsell Strategy

○ Welcome flows after book purchase.

○ Cross-sell recommendations (e.g., SAT → ACT, HRM → Project Management).

○ Re-engagement campaigns for dormant readers.
- Coordinate with Amazon listing team to ensure A+ content, book descriptions, and

bundles showcase related titles.

3. Customer Engagement & Retention
- Develop loyalty/referral programs for students, tutors, and professors.
- Build professor outreach nurture flows (sample requests, desk copies → bulk

adoption).
- Track and improve customer lifetime value (LTV).

4. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor metrics: open rates, CTR, conversion rates, repeat purchase rates.
- Report on impact of upsells/cross-sells monthly.

**Qualifications**:

- 2-5 years in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing (preferably in publishing, edtech, or

e-commerce).
