**Job Description for Jira Admin and Software Developer (JSM)**

**Job Summary**: As a Jira Admin/Software Developer focused on Integrations and Dashboards, JSM you will be responsible for developing, integrating, and maintaining custom software solutions with Automation to support the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create custom dashboards, reports, and integrations that improve workflow and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Configure and maintain Jira dashboards, JSM and reports to ensure effective tracking of project progress and reporting to stakeholders.
- Configure and maintain Jira integrations with other tools such as Confluence, Bitbucket, and other third-party add-ons.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Jira dashboards and reporting.
- Build custom dashboards and reports using Jira Software’s built-in reporting and visualization tools or third-party visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, identify opportunities for automation, and implement solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues related to integrations and dashboards and provide timely solutions.
- Participate in code reviews and quality assurance processes.
- Continuously research and evaluate new integration and dashboard solutions to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Document code, processes, and best practices for future reference.
- Create custom fields, workflows, and schemes as per business requirements.
- Develop and maintain Jira training materials and documentation to assist users in using the platform effectively.
- Stay current with new features and functionality of Jira and related tools to continually improve the platform.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience developing and integrating software solutions with Jira Software and JSM.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or another programming language commonly used in Jira Software development.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and other integration techniques.
- Experience building custom dashboards and reports using Jira Software’s built-in reporting and visualization tools or third-party visualization tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Jira Software Administration Certification.
- Experience with JSM, AWS, Azure, or other cloud-based platforms.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or Power BI.

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
