**Responsibilities need to take care as Sales Coordinator**
- Receive service requests from clients and prioritize them based on urgency and availability of resources.
- Coordinate with technical teams and assign appropriate technicians to service appointments.
- Optimize schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize travel time.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
- Communicate with technicians to relay service details, client expectations, and any changes to appointments.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and operations, to ensure alignment on service requirements.
- Monitor and manage inventory of service equipment, tools, and spare parts to ensure availability for technicians.
- Work closely with procurement and inventory teams to replenish stock as needed.
- Coordinate with third-party suppliers or vendors to source necessary materials.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and technician assignments.
- Generate and update service reports, documenting work performed, time spent, and materials used.
- Compile data for analysis and reporting on service performance metrics.
- Interact with clients to gather feedback on service experiences and ensure their needs are met.
- Address client concerns, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to higher levels of management when necessary.
- Strive to enhance customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and exceeding expectations.
