Service & Office Admin Coordinator

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Preparation of Quotations for sales & service department
- Must have knowledge & experience in tenders procedure via GEM Portal & eProcurement
- Quotations follow up for sales & services
- Follow up with customer for service delivery, service issues
- Maintaining & updating of Stocks & Inventory of Spares & Consumables
- Handling Office Administration
**Requirement & Skills**
- Proven experience as office coordinator or in a similar role
- Experience in customer service will be a plus
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office, back-office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Analytical Instruments or Industrial Equipment in service department will be an added advantage
**Education & Experience**:
- Diploma (Mechanical / Electronics) with 1-2 Years
- ITI (Mechanical / Electronics) with 3-4 yrs of experience
- B.Sc or B.Com with 1-2 yrs in similar field
**Location**: Vadodara
**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
