Sales Operation Managers are responsible for developing a smooth, effective sales process to enable the growth of the organization they support.
- Support the sales team using process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their operational areas.
- Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes.
- Track and analyze daily activity of the sales team.∙
- Create monthly reports for executive presentations and board reporting.
- Look after the end-to-end process of tracking the sales pipe and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the performance for sales.
- Assist with on-boarding and training new sales talent.
- Maintain regular check-ins with Sales Managers/Executives and others who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving.
- Coordinate with the logistics, support and procurement department for solving team queries.
- Maintaining the CRM and other sales tools.
- Holds sales team members accountable for having an active account plan for each key top
- Maintain up‐to‐date knowledge of the current CRM program and works with the sales team to keep informed.
- Work with Sales leadership to develop organizational goals.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹31,987.39 per month
