**Education**: B.Sc (Agriculture) & MBA (Marketing)

**Experience**: 1-2 Yrs.

We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Coordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.

2. Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material

3. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

4. Coordinating with VP Sales

5. Taking orders

6. Relaying information to the team

7. Ensure adherence to laws and policies

8. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness

9. Training the people in different platforms on field

10. Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

11. Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events

12. Making receipts

**Qualification and Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field
- Graduate in agriculture sciences
- Experience in business development and sales
- Sound knowledge of agricultural market functioning and supply chain
- Ability to find the lead/connection in the market as per the team’s requirement
- Communication skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
