*Sales Coordinator*

Job description
- Maintain organized sales records and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team
- Arrange for the creation and distribution of presentations and supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads
- Support senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates
- Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
- Collaborate with senior sales staff in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports
- Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form
- Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products

Encourage & push the sales team to achieve the sales target.
Responsible for providing sales support through follow ups, coordination and data management of Sales force.
Liaise between other departments and the sales team to provide the information.
Helping Sales & Marketing team on marketing events like coordination on exhibition Order Checking, Processing Till Dispatch.
Prepare daily Sales Report.
Daily Billing and Pending Order report for the region.
Publish Daily Stock Report to the regional sales team.
Create and maintain sales & Distributor database.
Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled as per mentioned dates.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree or related field required
- 0-2 years’ of coordinator experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,033.00 per month
