***Responsibilities & Authority**:
The role will be responsible for Full Life-Cycle Recruitment for open IT positions. This is a full-time onsite regular position, with potential for growth for the right person. The Recruiter will play a critical role in supporting our rapid expansion in our Pune, India facility. We are in the process of rapid hiring, so we need to add to our great team of talent acquisition professionals. - Must have 3+ years of full life-cycle technical recruitment experience. Experience in hiring for Niche technologies is a plus.
- Must have demonstrated ability in cold calling into target companies and off lists. Excellent follow-up skills and a sense of urgency is required.
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on providing best in class customer service (both internally and externally). Must be a team player with a positive attitude. Ability to shift priorities while keeping a strong sense of urgency. Should have a sense of humor and know how to have fun as part of a great team of passionate Recruiters.
- Should have experience managing full lifecycle recruiting for Software Engineering organizations.
- Must have experience with ATS systems. MNH desired.
- Strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills and experience are a must.
- Graduation or Postgraduate degree
