Fudex Exhibition Pvt. Ltd specializes in stall design and fabrication services for exhibitions, offering custom-built solutions to clients across industries. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Telecaller to join our team and play a vital role in expanding our client base.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and businesses for lead generation and sales.

Follow up on leads and inquiries generated via various channels.

Provide information about our exhibition services (stall design and fabrication) to prospects and clients.

Maintain a strong understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate with clients.

Handle client queries and escalate issues when necessary.

Maintain and update the client database with accurate information.

Schedule meetings or follow-ups for the sales team as needed.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate, complete, and timely information.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role, preferably in the exhibition or events industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and [local language].
- Strong sales and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections.
- Experience in CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
