**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain services offered by the company.
- Maintain records of calls and customer responses.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into business or appointments.
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner. Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Proven experience in a tele sales or customer service role.
- Goal-oriented with excellent convincing skills.
- Familiarity with telephone systems.

**Requirements**:

- Good communication skills in.
- Basic computer knowledge. (MS Office, MS Excel)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Good listening and communication skills.

- Shift Timing: Day
