**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided leads or cold-calling.
- Explain product/service features and benefits to customers clearly and persuasively.
- Follow up with leads and maintain customer records in the CRM system.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and complaints with professionalism.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar sales/customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office.
- Fluent in [languages required, e.g., English, etc.]

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
